This is a great dip my family loves Everywhere I take it, people ask for the recipe. Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened |
1 can (10 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained |
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce |
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing |
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded colby-monterey jack cheese |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese into an ungreased shallow 1-qt. baking dish. 2. Layer with chicken, buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing. 3. Sprinkle with cheese. 4. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. 5. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Yield: about 2 cups. |
