1. Spray a medium frying pan with pam non-stick cooking spray. 2. Put the 4 chickenbrasts in the pan on high heat an leave on until completely cooked add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Cube the chicken and mix with hot sauce. 4. In a large bowl mix the chicken the dressings cream cheese. 5. Pour into an oven safe pan and sprinkle on cheese. 6. Cook the dip in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. 7. Dip saltines in dip and enjoy.
