These burgers have all the great taste of buffalo chicken wings without the clean up. Grill them outside at your next BBQ and everyone will be asking for more! Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken |
1/4 cup frank's red hot sauce |
1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese |
1/4 cup bread, crumbs |
1 slice bread |
iceburg lettuce |
hamburger bun |
Directions:
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl, tearing up the slice of bread. 2. Shape into 4 burgers. 3. Shred the lettuce. 4. Cook the burgers on the grill or in a skillet until cooked through. 5. Place the burgers on the buns, top them with a splash of Frank's Red Hot sauce and shredded lettuce. Enjoy! |
