This recipe is different from others in that it uses ground chicken. Quite sure I got it from Rachael Ray. Little chicken meatballs tossed in Buffalo Wing sauce. You can easily make the meatballs ahead of time, freeze and then just heat and toss with the sauce when it's time to eat! Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken |
1/2 small onion, finely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
salt & pepper |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/4 cup frank's red hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine the chicken, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Form into small meatballs, place on a baking sheet, spray with oil (Pam) and bake at 400 degrees till lightly browned. 2. In a skillet, heat butter and combine with Frank's Red Hot. Toss meatballs in the sauce, serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip. |
