From Spahn's Big Horn Mountain Bed & Breakfast, Big Horn, Wyoming. Ingredients:
3 lbs buffalo stew meat |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup burgundy wine |
1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. 2. Place ingredients in a covered casserole dish and bake 3 hours. 3. Serve over rice. 4. Beef can be substituted. |
