Lower in fat and calories than beef. Zucchini makes it nice and moist. Ingredients:
1 1/10 lb ground buffalo |
235 g zucchini, shredded |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup bread crumbs |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
Directions:
1. Shred zucchini, add ground buffalo, eggs, bread crumbs and seasoning. 2. Form patties and pan fry until browned on both sides. 3. Serve on a whole grain bun, with mashed potatoes, or veggies. |
