breakfast roll with egg, cheese and bacon Ingredients:
1 small roll |
1 slice cheddar cheese |
1 egg |
18 grams turkey bacon |
1/2 tsp mayonnaise |
1/2 tsp mustard |
Directions:
1. Cut roll in half and toast in oven. 2. Scramble egg with salt and pepper to taste. Fry bacon in own fat. 3. Spread mayo on one side of roll and mustard on other side. Place cheese, egg and bacon on bottom half of roll. Top with top half of roll. |
