Forget the diet with this one! Ingredients:
1 dozen small pork sausage link |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon chopped chives |
Directions:
1. Fry sausages until crisp and brown. Drain of most of the fat. 2. Beat eggs for 2 minutes. Add flour, salt, and milk. Pour batter over sausages in frying pan. 3. Bake in 450F oven for 15 minutes, then in 350F oven for 1 minute. Turn out onto platter. 4. Serve piping hot. |
