Very easy, fast and cheap. Ingredients:
8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted |
200 g grated low-fat cheddar cheese, half fat |
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 230 Degrees. 2. on a baking tray, place toast. 3. sprinkle with cheese and cayenne pepper to your taste. 4. bake in oven f. about 10 mins or until cheese is melted. |
