Budget Stretcher Beef and Potato Casserole |

This is a fast to fix main dish. I make this when I'm not in the mood to cook and it is budget friendly. Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes |
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish. 3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. |
