This dish is especially delicious despite its low cost. Ingredients:
1 lb pork spareribs |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup cooking oil |
salt |
pepper |
soy sauce |
1/2 package raspberry gelatin powder |
8 tablespoons catsup |
4 tablespoons chili sauce, less if u want |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |

soy sauce |
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in |
2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Marinade spareribs for 30 minutes. 2. Simmer spareribs in marinade with 1 cup water until tender. 3. Reserve remaining marinade in cooking pan. 4. Heat oil in a skillet and brown meat. 5. Set aside. 6. Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. 7. Stir in remaining ingredients. 8. Thicken sauce with dissolved cornstarch. 9. Add spareribs and leftover marinade. 10. Simmer for 5 minutes. 11. Serve hot. |
