1 cup self raising flour |
1/2 cup buckwheat flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 egg -- separated |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
4 tablespoons melted butter |
1 and 1/2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except for egg whites. 2. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into mixture. 3. Cook in your waffle iron for about 2 and 1/2 minutes until golden. |
