A nice pancake Ingredients:
1 cup of your sourdough starter |
2 cups warm water |
1-3/4 cups buckwheat flour |
1/4 cup white flour |
2 large farm fresh eggs,beaten |
2 tablespoon honey |
1/3 cup light cream |
2 tablespoon oil |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Combine starter,water,and flours in bowl. 2. Keep on counter top overnight. 3. Next morning stir in the remaining ingredients. 4. Let stand ot bubble for about 10 to 15 minutes. 5. Bake on griddle,pouring about 1/4 cup for each pancake. 6. Serve with homemade cream syrup,bacon and eggs,plus fresh fruit coffee and tomato juice. |
