Delicious old-fashioned buckwheat crepes. Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk |
1 egg |
1 cup buckwheat flour |
1 tbsp brown sugar |
sea salt |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together until the mixture is smooth. 2. Add sea salt according to taste. 3. Use a medium-hot pan to cook each crepe. Put a tiny bit of olive oil in the pan before each crepe. |
