Buckwheat Bananna Panners

These are made with no dairy, wheat or sugar but you can sub if you want to. They are great just the way they are.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted
2 tbsp coconut milk, (or whole milk)
1 ripe bananna, mashed
1 tbsp agave nectar, (or 1-2 tsp sugar)
1/8 tsp salt
3-4 heaping tbsp buckwheat flour
1/4 baking powder
Directions:
1. Mix everything up with a wire wisk
2. Let sit for about 5 minutes
3. Grease skillet with coconut or olive oil
4. Spoon batter onto a heated (cast iron) skilllet
5. Batter will be thick but will flatten when cooking
6. Top panners with coconut oil or butter and agave nectar or maple syrup. You dont need much because they are already sweet. Enjoy this yummy healthy breakfast treat!! (I have thought about adding some cocoa to these but havn't tried it yet.)
