1 chocolate cake mix |
1-1/3 c. water |
1/2 c. vegetable oil |
3 eggs |

2 c. sugar |
1/2 c. milk |
1-1/3 c. smooth peanut butter |
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème |
frosting |
1 stick butter |
1/4 c hershey’s cocoa |
1/3 c milk |
1 lb. confectioners’ sugar |
1/4 t. vanilla |
Directions:
1. CAKE: 2. Prepare cake as directed on box, pour mixture into a 15x11 jellyroll pan. 3. Bake 20-22 min 350F. Cool completely, 4. FILLING: 5. In a saucepan, bring sugar and milk to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. 6. Add peanut butter and marshmallow crème; mix well. 7. Quickly pour on top of cooled cake. 8. Cool completely. 9. FROSTING: 10. Melt butter, cocoa and milk together. Bring to a boil. 11. Remove from heat and add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla. 12. Stir completely. 13. Pour icing on top of cooled peanut butter layer. 14. Cool completely before cutting |
