1. /2 c. butter, softened 2. /4 c. crunchy peanut butter 3. Vanilla Wafers, finely crushed (about 3/4 c.) 4. c. powdered sugar 5. /2 of 8 oz. tup of cool whip (do not thaw) 6. squares bakers' semi-sweet chocolate 7. Line 8-in. square pan with foil, with ends extending over sides. Beat butter and peanut butter with mixer until well blended. Add wafer crumbs; mix well. Gradually beat in sugar; press onto bottom of pan. 8. Microwave cool whip and choc. in bowl on high for 1 min. ; stir. Microwave 15-30 sec. or until choco. is melted when stirred. Pour over peanut butter layer; spread to cover dessert 9. Refridgerate 2 hours. Use foil as handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting to serve. |
