This dessert has people talking after they taste it!! They can't quite figure out the crust ! Ingredients:
21/2 cups salted pretzels, crushed |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
1 tsp cinnamon |
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp. |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1 (9 oz.) carton cool whip |
1 (6 oz.) package raspberry jello (made to pkg. directions) |
1 (10 oz.) package thawed raspberries |
Directions:
1. Prepare crust from the pretzels, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. 2. Mix well and press mixture firmly into a 13x9 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool completely. 3. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, marshmallows,and Cool Whip. 4. Pour over cool crust. 5. Prepare raspberry Jello (cool) stir in thawed raspberries. 6. Pour over all, CHILL at least 4 hours or overnight. 7. Enjoy receiving the compliments ! |
