Bubbys Danish Oatmeal Cookies |

This little cookie was THE Favorite at my house when I was growing up. Ingredients:
2 cups quaker oats (reg, unsweetened) instant oatmeal |
1 cup flour |
1 cup butter (softened to room temp.) do not substitute |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1/8 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix ALL ingredients together ( using your hands works well) until the mixture comes 2. together and holds it's shape. 3. Form balls from the mixture the size of a walnut, or a little larger, 4. place on lightly greased cookie sheet, FLATTEN with a fork 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes 6. Remove to cooling rack 7. Cool completely before serving, cookies will be Crisp ! |
