Bubbe's Chicken Salad

This is a quick and easy recipe that I always make whenever I have leftover chicken from my chicken soup (see my recipe). You may use low-fat mayonaisse, but I prefer regular mayo for this recipe.
Ingredients:
3 cups cubed chicken
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 can pineapple chunk, drained
mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix chicken, celery, pineapple, mayonaisse, salt and pepper in large bowl until thoroughly combined.
2. Chill and serve.
