We use this broth powder in seitan and in gravy. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups nutritional yeast flakes |
3 tablespoons onion powder |
2 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 tablespoon soy protein powder |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 teaspoon dried sage, crumbled not powdered |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon turmeric |
Directions:
1. Blend in blender or food processor until powdery. Store in dry, airtight container. 2. Use 2 level teaspoons per cup of boiling water. |
