this dish will change peoples mind about brussel sprouts, sorry I don't have exact amounts Ingredients:
brussels sprouts |
olive oil |
shallot |
chicken broth |
capers |
cold butter |
Directions:
1. wash and trim brussels sprouts 2. steam until fork tender 3. in separate pan cook sliced shallot in olive oil until transluscent 4. add cooked sprouts 5. add chicken broth until about 1/3 way up the sprouts 6. cook on low until most of the chicken broth is gone 7. add capers and butter until butter is melted |
