Brussels Sprouts with Lemon-Butter Sauce |

Frozen Brussels sprouts work well in this recipe, and they require no washing or trimming. Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) package frozen brussels sprouts |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Steam Brussels sprouts, covered, 8 minutes or until tender. Drain, and set aside. 2. Add butter and next 3 ingredients to pan; cook over medium-high heat 1 minute or until butter melts. Add Brussels sprouts; toss gently to coat. |
