Brussels Sprouts With Black Bean Garlic Sauce |

This came from Simply Recipes and it snds good. You can find black bean garlic sauce in the Asian aisles of the grocery store. It is salty so you won't need to add any salt. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 lb brussels sprout |
1 1/2 tablespoons black bean garlic sauce |
ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash and trim the sprouts and quarter lengthwise. 2. Put the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the sprouts and cook for 3-5 minutes, until they start to brown. If they absorb all the oil, add a bit more. 3. Add the black bean garlic sauce and stir until the brussels sprouts are coated. Add a pinch of black pepper and cook for another 30 seconds or so. Serve immediately. |
