This quick and tasty side dish can be prepped ahead of time. Toss the brussel sprouts and store until ready to serve.
Ingredients:
2 pounds brussels sprouts
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Directions:
1. Cut the bottoms off the brussel sprouts and cut into quarters.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
3. Add the cut brussel sprouts and hazelnuts to the saucepan. Toss to coat.
4. Place in a glass dish.
5. Sprinkle with water.
6. Microwave for 10 minutes.
7. Serve.
