Brussel Sprouts With Bacon Horseradish Cream |

Great served with corned beef and potatoes. Great alondside holiday ham or turkey. Ingredients:
11/2lbs brussel sprouts,trimmed and halved |
4 strips crisp cooked bacon,fine chopped |
1/4c sour cream |
2tsp prepared horseradish |
1/4tsp salt |
1/8tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Place steamer basket in large saucepan,add 1 water and bring to boil. Put brussel sprouts in the basket and steam till tender,6 to 8 minutes. 2. Mix bacon,horsradish ,sour cream,salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the brussel sprouts and toss to coat. |
