Brussel Sprouts w/garlic & parmesan |

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) brussel sprouts |
1 tablespoon(s) butter |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
2 clove(s) garlic |
1/2 cup(s) chicken broth |
1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated |
Directions:
1. Quarter or shred the Brussels sprouts. Melt the butter with to oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until soft, about 2 minutes. Add the brussel sprouts and saute until bright green and barely crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Increase the heat to high and add chicken stock. Stir to blend, cover, and cook 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to warmed serving bowl and top with cheese. |
