Brussel Sprouts Hey They Arent So Bad After All |

I am not a lover of brussel sprouts, but my 13 yr old loves them (go figure)Anyway I saw this recipe in a magazine and thought I would give it a try...its a keeper!! Ingredients:
1t oil |
300g brussels, shredded |
1 red pepper, thinly sliced |
1 carrot, thinly sliced |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
227g can, water chestnuts, drained |
410g can baby corn, drained(i use frozen corn kernals |
1/4c kecap manis(sweet soy sauce) |
1t sweet chilli sauce |
toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in wok. Stir fry sprouts, carrot and pepper until just tender. 2. Add crushed garlic, water chestnuts, corn, kecap manis and sweet chilli sauce. 3. Stir fry until hot. 4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds |
