Ingredients:
1 pound(s) brussels sprouts as uniform as possible |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 tablespoon(s) garlic minced |
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
1 teaspoon(s) smoked paprika |
1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut off the stem end of the sprouts and remove any yellowing outer leaves. Place the sprouts into a large, microwave safe mixing bowl and heat in the micorwave on high for 3 minutes. Add the olive oil, garlic, mustard, paprika and salt and toss to coat. Allow the sprouts to cool until you can handle them. 2. Skewer the sprouts onto metal skewers with the stem ends facing the same direction, leaving 1/4 inch between each sprout. Place on grill, cover and cook 5 minutes. Turn the skewers over and continue to cook another 5 minutes. Serve immediately. |
