Roasted Brussel Sprouts Ingredients:
2 lb of brussel sprouts |
2 tbsp of olive oil |
1/4 tsp of kosher salt |
1 dash of black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut off ends of sprouts. Place on a baking sheet. Pour 2 tbsp of EVOO and mix with hands. Then sprinkle on kosher salt and black pepper. Bake at 400 for 35 - 40 minutes, shaking the pan to make sure they brown evenly. |
