Brussel Sprouts - 1/2 Point With Weight Watchers |

Tasty, easy and filling. Great side dish to mix up the 'regular' veggie sides. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh brussels sprout |
1/2 yellow onion |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
garlic (approximately 1 clove) |
sea salt (approximately 1 teaspoon) |
pepper (approximately 1/2 teaspoon) |
Directions:
1. slice trunk off brussels sprouts and cut in half length wise. 2. chop yellow onions. 3. heat olive oil in pan. 4. add brussel sprouts, onions, garlic, sea salt and pepper. 5. sautee for approximately 10 minutes or until to desired tenderness. 6. enjoy. |
