6 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 tablespoon onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
5 tomatoes, diced |
1 tbs fresh basil |
1 tbs fresh parsley |
1 tbs fresh rosemary |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil for 2 minutes. 2. Set aside to cool. 3. In a medium bowl, place tomatoes, spices and cheese. 4. Add cooled garlic and onions. Mix well. 5. (optional)Top baguette slices with mixture. Serve immediately. |
