Ingredients:
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 tomatoes, diced
1 tbs fresh basil
1 tbs fresh parsley
1 tbs fresh rosemary
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil for 2 minutes.
2. Set aside to cool.
3. In a medium bowl, place tomatoes, spices and cheese.
4. Add cooled garlic and onions. Mix well.
5. (optional)Top baguette slices with mixture. Serve immediately.
