Bruschetta with Ricotta and Marmalade |

12 slices ciabatta or 12 slices other rustic white bread (1/2-inch-thick) |
15 ounces ricotta cheese |
3/4 cup orange marmalade |
Directions:
1. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. 2. Grill the bread until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side. 3. Spread 2 tablespoons of ricotta over each piece of toast. 4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of marmalade over the ricotta, and serve. |
