5 tbsp red wine |
1/2 onion, chopped |
4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed |
5 kalamata olives, pitted and sliced in 1/2 |
2 tbsp fresh basil |
1 tsp cayenne pepper |
1 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp smoked paprika |
2 tsp oregano |
Directions:
1. cook time 30 mins 2. Pour diced tom. in nonstick pan, cover, cook at med while prepare veg. 3. splash red wine in and stir, continue to cook covered on med 4. add chopped onion and cook until onions are soft, stir at med heat 5. juices from canned tom. should start to evaporate and not be in pan anymore, when almost ready to serve add garlic and cook at lower heat for apt 5 min |
