I love bruschetta and came up with this when I was craving it one day Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil |
2 (12 ounce) cans tomatoes (garlic basil and oregano flavor) |
1 medium onion, diced |
2 teaspoons of diced fresh basil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
4 cups cooked pasta |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients into hot cooked pasta. 2. serve with basil as a garnish. |
