Ingredients:
1 loaf crusty italian bread such as ciabatta, sliced 1/2-inch thick |
3 garlic cloves, peeled |
extra-virgin olive oil, brands such as catello di ama or capezzana or da vero |
sea salt |
Directions:
1. Toast the bread until golden; rub each slice of toast with the garlic immediately upon removing it from the oven. Drizzle each slice with the extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. |
