Ingredients:
1 loaf(s) french or italian bread |
fresh basil |
1 package(s) fresh mozzerella |
1 clove(s) garlic |
2 large, fresh tomatoes |
1 small red onion |
your favorite balsamic vinegerette |
Directions:
1. PREP: 2. Chop basil. 3. Chop and dice tomatoes and onion. 4. Chop garlic in extremely small pieces. 5. Combine tomatoes, onion, basil, and garlic. 6. Slice bread into thick, diagonal pieces. 7. TOAST: 8. Lightly toast bread until golden brown. (a few minutes) 9. ASSEMBLE: 10. Add tomatoe mixture onto bread. Drizzle balsamic on top. Serve ASAP. |
