Quick bruschetta recipe that can be easily doubled Ingredients:
3 quartered cherry tomatoes |
3 teaspoons shredded parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons italian dressing (or more to taste) |
3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese |
1 slice bread |
Directions:
1. Toast bread. 2. Combine everything else and top on bread. 3. Broil for a few minutes to melt cheese. |
