we love bruscetta and it's done in many ways this is something that put toghether for my taste Ingredients:
2 large ripe tomatoes |
1 large red onion |
1 bunch basil |
salt |
black pepper |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 cup virgin olive oil |
1 loaf italian bread |
Directions:
1. dice onions and tomatoes in small pices,add salt pepper,oregano, olive oil chop basil. 2. mix well refridgerate for 10 minutes. 3. slice bread in 1/2inch slices toast lightly. 4. one tablespoon of bruscetta mix per slice. |
