a very simple recipe for Bruschetta. My hubby loves this so much that I always prepare this at least twice a week :) and he always end up saying soooo good!
Ingredients:
french bread
3 green bell peppers
3 tomatoes
sweet basil leaves (crushed)
olive oil
salt
butter
garlic powder
Directions:
1. Chop the green bell peppers and tomatoes.
2. Place them in a bowl. Then pour a Tablespoon of Olive Oil.
3. Add a pinch of salt and some sweet basil.
4. Mix well and set aside.
5. Slice the french bread according on how thick you want them to be.
6. Spread butter on one side then sprinkle garlic powder.
7. Grill or toast them. Just until they turn light brown.
8. Assemble your bruschetta. Place about a Tablespoon of green bell peppers and tomatoes on top of each toasted french bread.
