This suuprizingly lite easy bruschetta is great for a quick snack,appetizer,meal if you want. It goes very well with a red wine, some of your favorite chesse. Travels well to family or friends for a dish to pass. Read more .My family love it for a snack ( my girlfriend and I will often whip it up on girls nite. Ingredients:
fresh tomatoes (whatever your fav. is) |
fresh |
basil |
rosemary |
chives |
thyme |
garlic clove or 2 opional |
orgeno(opional) |
italian bread or french bagette |
olive oil (extra virgin if you like)a teaspoon or so |
parmesano cheese |
ramano cheese |
Directions:
1. Cut up tomatoes very small. 2. Chop herbs very small. 3. Add all herbs to taste. I use all fresh from my garden, so it will be slighly different if you use dried or frozen. 4. Warm saute pan with a teaspoon or so of olive oil. 5. Add tomatoe and herbs into warmed pan 6. Warm for a few minutes (tomatoes and herbs) 7. Warm bread or toast it . 8. Serve immediately, top with Cheese. 9. Enjoy :) |
