Mom's blue binder Ingredients:
8 diced ripe tomatoes |
1 large red onion, chopped |
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper (coarse ground) |
1/2 cup balsamic red wine vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
2 crushed garlic cloves |
1 dash lemon juice |
Directions:
