5 medium tomatoes, diced |
6 -7 spring onions, sliced |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped |
3 -4 tablespoons italian dressing |
french bread, sliced |
Directions:
1. combine first 4 ingrediants, stir well. 2. add dressing, just enough to coat. 3. let sit in fridge for 30-90 minutes. 4. toast french bread in oven to desired crispiness. 5. serve tomatoe mixture over bread. |
