An overnight casserole that you pop in the oven for an easy breakfast in the morning. Ingredients:
8 slices bacon |
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs |
5 eggs |
2 1/2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes |
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese |
1/3 cup milk |
1 green onion, thinly sliced |
salt |
pepper |
tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon on until crisp, crumble. Reserve 1 T bacon grease. 2. Mix corn flake crumbs with reserved bacon grease. 3. Beat eggs in bowl and add remaining ingredients and bacon. 4. Pour into pie plate and top with corn flake crumb mixture. 5. Cover and refridgerate 2 hours - overnight. Bake uncoverd at 325 for 50 minutes. |
