Brunch Croissants

The recipe makes great use of leftover ham, but I think other breakfast meats would be just as good.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated croissants (i used crescent roll dough)
Directions:
1. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the ham and cream cheese.
2. Unroll and separate croissants. Place a dollop of the ham mixture on each croissant. Roll up croissants and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 15 to 18 minutes.
