Another good recipe to fix for company when you are going to have to serve breakfast... Ingredients:
1 pound of any type of bulk sausage |
1 8oz can of refrigerated crescent rolls |
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese |
4 eggs, beaten |
3/4 cup of milk |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook sausage in a medium skillet over medium heat; cook until brown then drain. 2. Line bottom of a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish with the rolls. 3. Make sure you press the perforations together. 4. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. 5. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. 6. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until set. 7. Cut into squares and serve immediately. |
