An easy recipe for a special breakfast or brunch - perfect for holiday gatherings. This recipe comes from a community cookbook. Ingredients:
16 eggs |
1 cup half-and-half |
2 cups diced ham |
1 tablespoon chives, chopped |
3/4 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well. 2. Pour into a buttered 13x9 pan. Bake at 350ยบ for 45 minutes or until mixture is set and the top is golden. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean. |
