as we all love creme brulee im a sucker for crust so i mary together creme brulee and cheesecake Ingredients:
3 package 8 oz full fat cream cheese |
1 cup whipping cream |
2 large eggs |
3/4 cup white sugar |
2 tabele spoons honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
crust |
10 honey grahm crackers smashed up |
1 stick melted butter |
1 teaspoon sugar |
4-5 teaspoons sugar for brulee |
Directions:
1. cream together the first 6 ingreadints 2. set aside in fridge. 3. mix grahm crackers and butter and place in the bottom of a 9 in springform pan and place in a 350 oven for 10 min 4. put cream mix ontop of crust and wrap the pan in tin foil for for water bath just put the cheesecake in a big baking dish with a 1/2 inch of water 5. bake for an hour 6. take out and place your extra sugar on top and place under broiler until a nice crunchie crust |
