This is a crowd pleaser for sure! It is the bourison cheese that really makes it, so I dont advise on subsituting for another brand. Cherry tomatoes work best, it keeps the mixture from getting too watery. Also, feel free to play around with the toppings ratio. Read more . If you like garlic, add more! Just be prepared with gum if you plan on smoochin later in the evening ;) Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered |
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped |
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
basil, chopped |
3 tbs. olive oil |
fresh cracked black pepper |
sea salt |
5.2 oz block boursin cheese |
italian bread, sliced and toasted |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to incorporate. 2. Spread the bourison chees on toasted bread and top with bruchetta mixture right before serving. 3. Enjoy! |
