This simple bruchetta can be used as a topping for crackers, dry bread or even eggs.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup chopped roased red pepper
1/2 cup chopped marinated mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomato packed in oil
2 teaspoons chopped capers
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, salt & pepper to taste and mix it up with HOT roasted red peppers. Enjoy!
